1. The service
Crypto2Fiat converts supported crypto assets into a fiat or e-wallet balance in the currency and payout rail you select. Settlement is performed by Crypto2Fiat Settlement Ltd acting as principal, not as an exchange or a broker.
A conversion is a two-leg transaction: you deliver crypto to a single-use deposit address we derive for your order, and we deliver the corresponding fiat amount to your nominated payout account.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, act on your own behalf, and complete the identity checks we request. We may decline, limit or reverse any order where sanctions, fraud or money-laundering indicators are present.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Every sign-in is recorded with IP address, device type, browser and operating system for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
3. Fees
A single service fee of 0.1% of the converted amount is charged per order. The fee is deducted from your top-up balance at order creation and disclosed in the order summary before you confirm.
The welcome fee credit of $10 is promotional. It may only be applied to service fees, is never convertible, withdrawable or transferable, and may be withdrawn at our discretion for abuse.
- Minimum conversion: 100 USD (or currency equivalent).
- Preset amounts: 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 USD. Custom amounts are accepted from 100 USD.
- No spread, markup or monthly plan is applied on top of the service fee.
4. Quotes and settlement
Each order locks its rate and deposit address for 60 minutes. Crypto received after expiry is reviewed manually and settled at the value received less the standard fee.
Underpayments are credited pro-rata. Overpayments are refunded to the sending address when technically possible, otherwise credited to your top-up balance.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to settle proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, to fund unlawful gambling, or on behalf of a third party without our written consent. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
6. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for losses caused by blockchain congestion, incorrect payout details you supplied, or third-party payment providers outside our control.
7. MVP demonstration notice
This deployment is a product demonstration. No live payment instructions are transmitted to banking partners, and no crypto assets are moved. Balances, orders and payouts are simulated for evaluation purposes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
